Commission opens February calls Marie Curie Fellowships

Marie Curie Host Fellowships offered by the Human Potential Programme of the EU's Fifth RTD Framework Programme are for the training of young researchers in an industrial or commercial environment.

Researchers eligible to participate in Community Framework Programmes are now invited by the Research Directorate-General to submit proposals putting forward potential candidates for these fellowships.

Marie Curie fellowships are open to all fields of scientific research that contribute to the Community's objectives in research, technological development and demonstration.

The indicative budget for this call is 15 million euros, and proposals must be submitted on or before 15 June 2000.
