Corrigendum to Euratom call

The Official Journal of the European Communities has published a corrigendum to the Commission Recommendation 1999/829/Euratom on the application of article 37 of the Euratom Treaty.

On page 25, point 3, it should read as follows:

The Official Journal of the European Communities has published a corrigendum to the Commission Recommendation 1999/829/Euratom on the application of article 37 of the Euratom Treaty.

On page 25, point 3, it should read as follows:

'That operations falling within the scope of point 1(14) are deemed not to be liable to result in the radioactive contamination of another Member State, significant from the point of view of health, unless in any specific case the Commission calls for such general data to be provided.'
