The Environment Directorate-General is to call for tenders to prepare a composite report on the implementation of a Directive (92/32/EEC) on new chemical substances in the Member States. The three-yearly report shall cover the requirements of the Directive related to new substances. It shall serve as a baseline for any future analysis of the operation of the requirements for new substances. The call for tenders is scheduled to open on 14 April 2000.
