This call relates to short term projects. - concentration of around 60 per cent of the programme budget around a core set of actions designed to facilitate high profile solutions with measurable impact that have direct relevance to EU policy objectives - identification of a limited number of priorities of strategic importance to the EU, to be addressed by proposals related to any of the work programme's topics, which will receive the remaining 40 per cent of the programme budget.
