Five Council Decisions of 25 February 1991 concern the conclusion of cooperation agreements between the European Economic Community and Austria (91/117/EEC), Finland (91/118/EEC), Norway (91/119/EEC), Sweden (91/120/EEC) and the Swiss Confederation (91/121/EEC) respectively, within the framework of the Community's Simulation Plan for Economic Science (SPES) 1989-92. Texts of the Agreements are appended to the Decisions, with Annexes listing SPES objectives and activities and setting out financial provisions and rules.
