The invitation to tender covers the following areas: - Section A: Design, production and management (stocking, dispatch) of storage and communications media at Community level within the context of the European year of lifelong education and training (1996). This heading will include, in particular, the production of brochures, newsletters, flags and posters; - Section B: Support for the communications and public relations campaign for the year, including: . Help in creating slogans for the year and advice on their implementation; . Help in disseminating information at Community level; . Organization of events at Community level; . Organization of prizes and competitions.
