Commission Decision 91/447/EEC of 29 July 1991 authorizes the Senatsverwaltung fuer Gesundheit, Berlin, represented by the Head of Section IV (Veterinary matters, foodstuffs monitoring and pharmacy), to organize in 1991, 1992, 1993 and 1994 refresher courses designed to develop the knowledge of personnel taking part in veterinary inspection operations. Courses lasting two weeks and open to about 44 trainees will be offered in the following three areas: milk and milk products; fishery products, molluscs and crustaceans, aquaculture products; meat and minced meat products. The Community's financial contribution is fixed at 50% of the costs incurred by the competent authority for the training of German veterinary officials and at 100% for the accommodation and training of inspectors from other Member States.
