EUROGI, the European Umbrella Organization for Geographical Information, has added two new online directories to its World Wide Web site: GI Community Members and GI Publications. The new directories will add to the two existing EUROGI directories, GI Research and GI Education/Training.

The GI Community Members directory currently contains information on more than 400 individuals involved with geographical information in Europe. The GI Publications directory provides information on some 65 GI related periodicals, and will soon be extended to cover conference proceedings and books.

Online feedback forms enable any member of the GI community to submit his or her own data to the directories. The Web site also supports a bulletin board on European GI matters, documents on GI policy, and links to other relevant Web sites.
