The Commission invites tenders for the implementation of measures within the action programme for small and medium-sized enterprises including craft industry enterprises. In this context, the following measures and studies are planned to help improve the business environment: A practical "Who's Who Guide" for small enterprises and craft firms; a guide to centres responsible for transfer of know-how and technology; assessment of technological information needs; pilot cooperation schemes; study of existing network schemes; SMEs and craft firms in frontier areas; support for pilot training schemes for owners/managers; register of training schemes for assisting spouses; support for training schemes for assisting spouses.
