The Community's specific RTD programme in the field of Telematics Applications of common interest has published "Guidelines for the preparation of the Annual Project Review Report". This paper specifies the contents and the structure of the "Annual Project Review Report". This report is mandatory for each project and will be used in the Annual Project Review (1997) of Telematics Applications projects.

The Telematics Applications "Annual Project Review" will be based on four elements:

- The "Annual Project Review Report", which contains a synthesis of the work done by the project and, where appropriate, a proposal for the modification of the workprogramme for the forthcoming year;
- An assessment of the quality of the technical deliverables produced by the project;
- A "Hearing" in Brussels which will consist of a presentation by the project and a question and answer session with a team of independent reviewers;
- A demonstration, where available, of the pilot work and, if required, an on-site visit.
