Description of the project offered:
The determination of the economical production parameteres of thin film solar cells containing nanoparticles and the deposition process by sol-gel techniques, on polymer nanocomposites. The interface where radiation and materials meet: radiation source, thin film solar cells . The applications of nuclear techniques in thin film containing nanoparticals to improve of optoelectronics properties in infrared range and the applications of the nondestructive techniques in nanomaterials to enhange of optoelectronic and magnetic properties.
