Cyber-physical Systems

Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) topic focusses on embedded intelligent ICT systems that are

interconnected, interdependent, collaborative, and autonomous going towards scalable, distributed and decentralized devices allowing for  interaction with humans, environment and machines while being connected to Internet or to other networks.

Three main strategic axes are envisaged:

1) Architectures principles and models for safe and secure CPS.

2) Autonomous, adaptive and cooperative CPS.

3) Computing Platforms including hardware, software and communication to address the challenges energy efficiency, security, complexity, reliability, and safety of the multiple and various computing systems.
