Objective
The project will enhance RTD capabilities of microelectronics through the introduction of new products; it will increase cooperation between companies and universities, too.
Improving research activities on microelectronics in Southern Italy through the development of products such as intelligent and non-intelligent power devices; technology and logic circuit; strengthening of projection centres by senior professional personal; cooperation between companies, universities and institutes of research.
