Objective

The aim of this project is to undertake research on the reduction of fine ores by hydrogen in a fluidised bed as an alternative to carbon reduction with consequent production of carbon dioxide, and to determine the causes of sticking during gas reduction in fluidised beds and to develop ways in which it can be eliminated or diminished in full- sized plants.
