Objective

The project's main objective is to establish a collection of nematode strains, of the genuses Heterorhabditis sp. and Steinernema sp. (=Neoplectana sp.), in order to assess nematodes and symbiotic bacteria active at low temperature which could be used as bio-insecticides to combat harmful pests.
