Objective

To develop tailor-made training directed towards the acquisition of practical and theoretical skills, to be achieved by manual activity.

Target group :
Young people between 16-25 who have dropped out of school, and young people of foreign origin.

Activities :
Practical masonry work, woodwork, and tiling. General training in building work through work experience. Activities to promote creativeness and manual skills. Socio-educational support.

Local partnership :
The "unemployed meeting place", a guidance and advice centre for the Southern Netherlands, in collaboration with social workers, employers' organisations and adult training services in the construction sector.
