Objective
OBJECTIVES
The aim of the project is to design, on the one hand, a reception, information, guidance and recognition system for professional skills in the area of corporate information and telecommunications and, on the other hand, a quality solution with regard to training through the use of technologies and methods suitable for open and distance learning.
ACTIVITIES
The two professions covered by the project are corporate network engineer and technical salesman specialising in corporate telecommunications, namely the customer and the contact salesman. A decentralised system will be created on the CAMPUS ELECTRONIQUE (Futuroscope - Department of Vienna / F) around five regional sites: Futuroscope, Madrid, Porto, Rome and London. A team of professionals will be consulted on the recognition of social and professional skills, and open and distance learning courses will be proposed.
PRODUCTS
In order to guarantee a continual adjustment of training offers to employee requirements, the professional profiles which have been identified will be refined with the assistance of social partners and professionals from each of the countries concerned. They will be presented with the skills identified on a local level as fitters, retailers, etc. A system for validating these skills will be localised on Futuroscope's CAMPUS ELECTRONIQUE and tested at each regional site on a sample of about 30 people who wish to make progress in one of the two professions described above.
