Objective

OBJECTIVES
If the competitiveness of SMEs is to be increased to enable them to contribute to regional development, they must be able to adapt quickly to technological innovations. The project proposes to offer concrete technical solutions to the SMEs in the "Learning regions". To this end, the partners will detect the vocational training needs of the SMEs, and plan and implement training modules for their employees. This approach will be conducted in co-operation with all the major players involved in a regional development network.

ACTIVITIES
The project will be conducted in two phases. In the first, the partners will try to develop a methodology capable of responding to the respective training requirements. For this purpose, an inventory of regional parties who may be interested in the project will be drawn up, the training requirements will be identified, competent trainers located and finally a limited number of training measures in line with the demand for training will be selected. The second part will be dedicated to the rigorous analysis of the measures developed in the various partner regions forming the network and to the analysis of the relationship between training offers and requirements.
