Torino - Lyon - Berlin - Reggio Emilia : Development of a tool box for new qualifications

Ziel

OBJECTIVES
Industrial change is leading to new qualification requirements, for which existing vocational training systems are inadequately prepared. The aim of the project is therefore to develop a set of training tools which will be used in the new forms of co-operation between small or medium-sized enterprises as subcontractors and the large concerns as final producers.

ACTIVITIES
The project will commence with an analysis of the major technological changes and the qualification requirements of industries in the partner regions involved in this project. The next step will be to launch a campaign aimed at raising awareness in training in these regions, before developing a set of tools designed to meet the demands for new qualifications.

PRODUCTS
The set of tools will comprise manuals, guides and curricula for new training modules.
