Objective
OBJECTIVES
Due to additional qualifications at European level and the use of several languages, young people who come to the end of their training will have a better prospect of finding a job, both in their own country and in another Member State. The objective of this project is to improve the contacts between companies and young people in other Member States, so as to facilitate their access into new markets, and also to create new employment opportunities. In the long term, this project should also help to integrate a European dimension into professional training.
ACTIVITIES
The partners wish to analyse the content of a selection of professions and prepare additional training modules on the basis of this work. The project will create dictionaries in order to facilitate the integration of young people into working in a foreign country. The main partners will define the criteria for selecting apprentices together. Furthermore, the project envisages organising seminars for these apprentices, and also for the companies playing host to them. The monitoring of apprentices and companies, final evaluation and the dissemination of results will also form part of the project.
