Objective
OBJECTIVES
This project intends to help with the transparency of professional qualifications at European level and therefore with worker mobility. To do this, the partnership would like to develop a new, decentralised approach and a methodology which encourages the helpful exchange of information between all those involved on professional qualifications in the different European countries, and the training courses for achieving them.
ACTIVITIES
First of all the partners study the way in which information on the professional qualifications which exist in Europe is distributed to the target groups (young people integrating or continuing their training in another Member State, employees, employers, training institutions, etc.) in their respective countries. Based on a comparison of the different systems of the Member States and identification of the best methods, the partners develop efficient methods of distributing and exchanging information on the systems of vocational training and vocational skills. At the same time, each partner creates a national reference structure in his or her own country likely to use the methods developed and will answer any questions on professional qualifications and vocational training in Europe.
PRODUCTS
- Development of methods of distributing and exchanging information on professional qualifications in Europe which aims to promote clarity in this area.
- Creation of a national reference structure in each country of the partnership for individuals and employers who wish to be informed or advised about the qualifications and vocational training courses which exist in other Member States.
