Objective
OBJECTIVES
The job-creating sectors are essentially the high-technology, automation and service sectors. The new European bus installation is the latest tool developed in the field of intelligent installations, technological management and the maintenance of different parameters such as water, heat and light etc. The project intends to develop post-graduate vocational training programmes so that those benefiting from them can acquire the skills needed to use this new system and to have this training validated at European level.
ACTIVITIES
The project starts by analysing the skills required to work with the European installation bus, particularly by electricians, engineers and technicians in the different partner countries. Based on the results of the analysis, the partners develop the structure, methods and objectives of the training modules. They then build the modules with reference to a multimedia tool such as a CD-ROM. They assess them in target groups, and refine the training material if necessary. The project is finalised by exchanging trainers and those producing the modules in order to assess the results and the gains which the project brings to the different partners and then to have the modules certified at European level.
PRODUCTS
The project will produce vocational training modules for training in the use of the new European installation bus for target groups in relevant sectors.
