Objective
OBJECTIVES
This project is based on a previous transnational programme, FORCE. It aims to promote the development of key management skills and to encourage self-assessment on the part of individuals and organisations. In this way it will be able to respond to the need for flexible approaches to management training, particularly in SMEs.
ACTIVITIES
The partners will identify a set of pan-European criteria for all levels of management, focusing on key areas of information, personnel, operations, finance, strategy and individual efficiency. Software will be developed allowing managers to carry out a self-assessment based on predetermined criteria and to identify their deficiencies in terms of qualifications and skills. This software will also allow organisations to define the profile of their managers so that they can facilitate the adaptation of individuals to their job and vice versa and also to shape their careers within various companies. The programme will be tested in workshops.
