Objective
OBJECTIVES
If we wish to encourage worker mobility, training courses should have a common minimum basis. To date, profound differences between the curricula of the Member States have not really allowed them to be compared. It often happens in fact, that courses of the same level lead to totally different skills. To counteract these negative effects, the project's intention is to plan, develop and apply a transnational pilot programme: the aim of which will be to define a common core appropriate to the training courses and basic teaching curricula of the agricultural sector.
ACTIVITIES
In order to draw up a common agricultural teaching and training curriculum, the project will consist of the following stages: an analysis of the present situation, a clear definition of the objectives, the setting up of a transnational strategy, planning of the programme and the development of methods to be followed. Once the programme is set up, it will be applied experimentally, then assessed. Lastly, the results of the programme will be disseminated.
PRODUCTS
The project will conclude with the development of vocational training modules with a common core aimed at the agricultural sector.
