Objective
OBJECTIVES
With heightened selection by job markets, it is necessary to make substantial changes to access to professional training for groups facing integration problems or learning problems. This study proposes to reorganise training and to make it more flexible, which will firstly enable integration paths and learning methods to be personalised and secondly to provide a wider access for people to this mechanism. To this end, the partners propose to create a computerised network which provides access to training resources. This will involve analysing the conditions for setting up such a network, its effects on the increased flexibility of training mechanisms and the conditions for its transferability.
ACTIVITIES
The project will involve three phases. The first will be devoted to identifying the conditions necessary for the mutualisation of existing resources. It will be put into practice by means of a guide based on the report from each partner. Then, it will study the tools needed for the computerisation of these training resources. To this end, it is essential to rationalise the documentary organisation of each centre, through the creation of common documentary products. Thirdly, the conditions for the implementation of personalised paths using the network and the effects on access to training and employment will be analysed.
RESULTS
The results will be many. Monographs and a summary guide to training resources will be produced on the basis of the report from each partner, along with a computer network which pools the resources.
