Objective
OBJECTIVES
The objective of this study is to put in place a programme of training for Greek women who have moved from the former republics of the Soviet Union. This programme is designed to respond to the needs of the local market and thereby promote their full socio-economic integration.

- A description and analysis of needs and of changing trends in the local job market, particularly in the area of skills.
- Integrated professional training to accompany a series of measures in order to promote the socio-economic integration of these women.
- A model action plan for local authorities and a guide to the procedures required for the setting up of professional training programmes, for women returning from the former USSR and living in urban areas.
