Objetivo
The project is designed to help companies, especially SMEs, through the development of a multimedia support system on the procedures they need to follow in order to obtain quality certification.
The final product will be a software package that will focus on the information flow between company departments, thus helping to reduce bottlenecks in the quality system. A short training course of two days will also be developed to help users of the software to understand the methods their company should adopt in order to implement quality systems. The project also includes a phase dedicated to the dissemination of the results in order to make a large number of SMEs aware of the importance of software support in quality certification processes.
Impact
The use of the multimedia system produced by this project will help increase the motivation, responsibility and skills of company personnel with regard to quality standards.
