Innovative training system on the European scale

Objective

Every European Union Member State has its own training programmes which only take into account national considerations. The project has two goals. First, it aims to examine the differences between national realities to develop research work and to determine a European dimension for training. Second, it aims to analyse and positively integrate a new level of differences, within these national realities, between the diverse regional realities.

SFIDE will consist of the following four operational phases. The first phase will put together a pilot steering group and a scientific committee. The scientific committee will design and plan an inquiry on regional realities, carry it out in the field, and validate the final results. SFIDE will then continue by defining common lines of intervention and by determining the differences at national and regional levels. Finally, it will present future intervention perspectives for adapting training systems.

The results of this inquiry will be published and distributed to all interested parties during an international congress.

Impact
SFIDE will determine the essential components of training in a regional and transnational Community dimension by identifying structural and operational information on specific socio-economic situations.
