Objective
In view of the growing number of excluded people and the increase in the number of initiatives to fight such exclusion, it has become necessary to provide continuing vocational training for those involved. The aim of this project is to make the campaigns and approaches undertaken by the various organisations concerned with insertion measures more coherent, and to develop a new continuing "vocational insertion" training branch.
The projects will take place in several phases and on two levels: co-ordination of projects undertaken on a national level; choice of methods, synthesis, evaluation and distribution on a transnational level; identification of reference systems, analysis and comparison with experts from various structures, including a national experiment defined within a transnational framework. "Professional groups" will be created at each level, bringing together a variety of insertion operators.
This procedure will lead to the creation of a professional reference system and transnational training reference system. It will also define continuous vocational training modules designed for the various types of organisations involved in insertion measures. The creation of a network of experts and of a resource centre will allow for the identification of the specific work tools used by insertion advisers. These networks, backed by a database of tools and a database of experts, will act as channels of distribution.
Impact
The project will help create a common reference framework for insertion and to increase the efficiency of the professionals fighting against exclusion.
