Objective



The programme of work consists of a core study which is aimed at establishing the link between diet and oxidative status, and the role of carotenoid-rich foods in providing protection against oxidative damage to biological molecules. The project includes work at the whole body, tissue and includes the development of powerful, novel techniques.
