MARKETING QUALITY OF COMMON MUSHROOM (AGARICUS BISPORUS) : CULTIVATION, BIOCHEMICAL, PHYSIOLOGICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL ASPECTS

Objective



The improving of the marketing quality of the common mushroom is proposed through a combination of research aspects relating to the post harvest conditions. The project is related to cultivation, metabolic (weight retention texture control, discolouration and pathology), and post harvest conditions (harvesting technology, physiology of storage).
