Objective

To improve links between the providers and users of training. Develop content and teaching methods. Strengthen contact between trainers and firms.

Target group :
Trainers in vocational schools, firms, and training centres. Sectors: metal work, engineering, electrical, electronic and plastic sectors.

Activities :
Evaluate the IFPM training system. Propose ways of improving training. Training, and follow-up, of trainers. Establish a permanent evaluation group to assess and update teaching methods and content.

Local partners :
Catholic University of Louvain. The education and training development institute.
