CIM-TRAINING.

Objective

Find innovative and effective didactical means to develop the concepts of CIM within engineering, education and training of highly skilled technical personnel.

MAIN DOMAIN OF INNOVATION:

Innovative pedagogical approaches/methodologies. Multimedia training for C.B.T. distance learning, etc.

TARGET GROUP(S):

Young people in initial training/education. Managers. People working in SMEs. Our main target group consists of engineering students. We also give courses to middle and top management of SMEs.

OPERATING CONTEXT:

Technology transfer. Productivity improvement. From a research environment to the production floor. Introducing CIM concepts at all levels.

TECHNOLOGY:

Information and communication technologies. Industrial and materials technologies. Environmental related technologies.

INVOLVEMENT WITH ENTERPRISES:

Training institute-enterprise cooperation.

INVOLVEMENT OF SOCIAL PARTNERS:

Social partners are part of steering committee and the institute has other contracts with them.

RESULTS:

Training programmes/courses for advanced technologies. Innovative training materials.
