Objective

To bring together, the teaching skills, subject skills and trans-subject skills of trainers, corresponding to the group of occupations.

Target group :
Trainers and firms' training supervisors, in the metal/electronic sector.

Activities :
Subject-related and methodological training: course planning and organisation, teaching, instruction, assessment. Case studies on practical vocational examples and training practices in firms. Setting up inter-firm training.

Local partners :
Professional body, training bodies, Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Comments :
The project is located in one of the 5 new Lander of Germany.
