Quality and Competivity for SMEs and SMIs

Objective

The project is part of an overall effort and policy to improve SME's competitiveness through quality.It consists in providing councel and advice to small SME's businesses to enable them to evolve from a "product quality" outlook to a "total quality" outlook.

MAIN DOMAIN OF INNOVATION:

Methodologies for the planning and management of training in the framework of human resource development. Total quality approach in order to highlight training needs.

TARGET GROUP(S):

People working in SMEs.

OPERATING CONTEXT:

Quality assurance development. Competitiveness.
