Objective
Setting up a qualification\employment centre in the metallurgy sector for the benefit of job-seekers and employees who risk redundancy. This center located in the Ardeche Department, comprises three complementary structures in partnership: CIFBA, the Atelier d'apprentissage industriel, and the GEDAF. The mechanism is caracterised by: access to employment and to qualification; requalification of employees in industrial enterprises; close collaboration with the enterprise in the qualification process to facilitate the passage to employment; individualised programmes.
