Objective
To set up European cycles of training in the banking sector with binational validation. It is addressed to 120 young people recruited in the sector with qualification contracts. Five training cycles take place in transborder areas: Alsace, Rhone-Alpes, PACA, Aquitaine, Nord-Pas-de-Calais. A study will be conducted in order to put in practice new qualifications related to the Single market of financial services. This study will focus on transnational competencies for reception agents and clients' managers, and on a methodology for mutual recognition of qualifications.
