Objective

To define the role of staff working in guidance/outreach centres for young people. To develop an appropriate training plan.

Target group :
Staff responsible for young school leavers who have difficulty in finding housing, or have health, training or employment problems.

Activities :
Analysis and definition of this new work profile. Development of a training programme. Implementation of the training.

Local partners :
Training centres, a training institute for guidance counsellors.

Comments :
The project is part of a network of 300 "Mission locales" (local task forces) and PAIO (local information and guidance centres).
