Objective
The project aims at training young people able to operate in SMEs with quality criteria, in line with European standards, independently from the sector (production of goods or services) in which the factory operates. In order to achieve this goal trainees are requested to acquire a series of skills-competencies both wide and related to quality.
MAIN DOMAIN OF INNOVATION:
Methodologies for the planning and management of training in the framework of human resource development. We operate on the basis of criteria which privilege the attainment of certain behaviours (reliability, divergence, diagnostics, etc.) and of different kinds of knowledge (basic knowledge, environment,etc)
TARGET GROUP(S):
Young graduates. Young graduates, men and women tendentially from 20 to 23 years of age, unemployed, with different educational curricula
OPERATING CONTEXT:
Quality assurance development. Raising qualifications. Competitiveness. Providing SMEs with personnel able to operate on a quality basis in a climate of strong competition
