Physics of hadrons with heavy flavours and cp-violation

Objective

It is intended to obtain the full theoretical description of all the major modes (inclusive and exclusive) of decays of heavy mesons, like B and D. The main approach implies the use of the LC formalism for representation of the matrix elements of different operators through the LC wave functions. The latters will be found by the numerical solutions of the dynamical equations defined by Effective Hamiltonians.
The main objectives of the Project are to put constraints that follow from experiment on different theoretical models of the heavy hadron structure and to test the current quark models.
A unified description of exclusive and inclusive heavy meson and baryon decays in the full kinematical region will be achieved. The lightest nuclear systems with heavy flavour will be considered.
It is also intended to study all possible Penguin effects in B, D and K decay modes and to apply the calculated transition form factors to analysis of CP-violation effects.
The research activity implies the analytical as well as computation work. The project gathers the researchers who may handle the above mentioned problems using different non-perturbative methods.
The expected results will be submitted to leading physical journals and presented as talks at the International Conferences on elementary particle and high energy physics.
