MAIN DOMAIN OF INNOVATION:
Innovative training needs analysis with a special focus on core/key qualifications. To analyse the training needs of the whole of the population in conjunction with the enterprises of the region.
TARGET GROUP(S):
Trainers/Instructors/Tutors. Unqualified or less qualified. The action is addressed to trainers/instructors as well as to the disadvantaged population of the region.
OPERATING CONTEXT:
Quality assurance development. To improve the working conditions of the population through the improvement of the environment.
TECHNOLOGY:
Environmental related technologies. Information and communication technologies. Industrial and materials technologies.
INVOLVEMENT WITH ENTERPRISES:
Training institute-enterprise cooperation. Partnership with employers associations, trade unions, joint bodies. Partnership with SMEs consortia.
INVOLVEMENT OF SOCIAL PARTNERS:
Tripartite structures. Joint social partnership steering/advisory groups. Funding by social partners.
RESULTS: Transferable models and concepts. Innovative training materials. Information materials. Production of multimedia applications transferable and adapted to other languages.
