Objective
1.Creation of infrastructures for the development of self-learning modules in the field of V.T. which will also be used in distance training actions.
2.Development of two distance training modules in the field of safety and hygiene at work and of entreprise creation and management.
3.Training of tutors to accompany the distance training actions.
4.Field testing of the two modules on two groups of trainees.
MAIN DOMAIN OF INNOVATION:
Methodologies for the planning and management of training in the framework of human resource development. Close linkages with HR responsibles in enterprises during the planning phase.
TARGET GROUP(S):
People working in SMEs. Unqualified or less qualified. Trainers/Instructors/Tutors. 20 trainers to become tutors. 25 workers will follow the module on safety and hygiene at work.
OPERATING CONTEXT:
Raising qualifications. Quality assurance development. Safeguarding jobs. The qualifications of technicians responsible for safety and hygiene at work will positively influence the quality of work and the safeguard ofo jobs.
