Objective

Development/validation of a novel neural network classifier and application on microarray data from Fibroblast-Like Synoviocytes (FLS) of normal and Arthritic mice, collected by applicant and host lab. Computational analysis of the expression profile of inflamed FLS in search for new genes and/or pathways involved in Rheumatoid Arthritis.
