Objective

The project brings together three bodies specialising in value analysis and a contract research institute experienced in innovation in the production area in order to adjust and complement the methodology of value analysis with respect to its use for the implementation and improvement of quality management, control and assurance concepts. On the basis of experiences in Germany and analysis of requirements in Spain, Portugal, and Ireland, the value analysis procedure will be adapted and complementary elements developed. These tools will be tested in two pilots applications in firms in Spain and Portugal. After possible revision, they will be discussed and disseminated via workshops with value analysis 'multipliers'/users.
