Common rules for electricity generated with RE by auto-producers and international financial resources for the development and use of renewable energies

Objective

THE STUDY INTENDS TO DEVELOP A CONCEPT FOR COMMON FEEDING RULES IN THE EUROPEAN UNION FOR ELECTRICITY GENERATED WITH RENEWABLE ENERGIES BY INDIVIDUAL AUTO-PRODUCERS.
BASED ON AN ANALYSIS OF THE CURRENTLY EXISTING REGULATIONS IN THE VARIOUS EUROPEAN COUNTRIES (LEGAL PRINCIPLES, PRICE FIXING, AVAILABILITY CRITERIA, GRID STRUCTURES, DECISION MAKING COMPETENCES, AND FURTHER BASIC TECHNICAL CONDITIONS) A CONCEPT WILL BE DEVELOPED THAT IS COMPATIBLE WITH BOTH THE GIVEN STRUCTURES OF POWER DISTRIBUTION AS WELL AS WITH THE CONCEPTS OF THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN UNION FOR A COMMON SINGLE MARKET FOR ELECTRICITY.
THIS PROJECT WILL WORK OUT VARIOUS ALTERNATIVES FOR A POSSIBLE COMMON EUROPEAN RULE WHICH WOULD CONSTITUTE A BIG STEP FORWARD FOR THE MARKET INTRODUCTION OF RENEWABLE ENERGIES AND THE INTEGRATION OF RENEWABLE ENERGIES INTO EUROPEAN ENERGY SUPPLY STRUCTURES.
