Objective
NECTAR will set up and run an electronic repository containing public results of telematics engineering projects and on the application of the techniques involved. The electronic data will be stored, processed and updated for intercommunication with the telematics and other related areas of the Fourth Framework Programme, as well as EUREKA. Overall, it will provide the basis for a model illustrating disciplinary aspects of telematics engineering and how multi-sectoral applications can make the most of telematics infrastructures. Data will also be refined to adapt access level and feedback to a wide range of users.
