Objective

The project was carried out to (i) help increase the local awareness of renewable energies in the Municipalities of S. Pedro do Sul, Tondela and Viseu; (ii) provide Local Authorities with information on renewables by identifying both opportunities and constraints; (iii) help identify those renewable energy technologies that can be expected to be more widely deployed in the short ter.

The project was to establish and implement a local progamme for the development of renewable energy (RE) in the municipalities of São Pedro do Sul, Tondela and Viseu.
