Objective

- exchange of experiences on IRP pilot projects organised by
municipal utilities
- evaluation and documentation of successful IRP pilot projects on
incentive programmes and performance contracting
- improvement of the regulatory conditions for the implementation
of IRP projects

Apart from the project partners ASEW, ENCON and W.V.E.M. 14 German municipal utility companies have formed a project group, which shall insure the implementation of the project together with its project partners. The sessions of the International Team (IAK-IRP) and the meetings of the team 'Standardprogramm' are to ensure the constant exchange of information as well as the elaboration of project goals.
