Help the Environment, Renewing Methodology of Energy Saving

Objective

The HERMES Project's aim is to demonstrate the energy saving and the reduction of environmental impact possibilities together with the technical/economic validity of adopting the various innovative goods transport vehicles/systems proposed, in comparison with solutions currently in use for the handling of raw materials and finished products.

The HERMES Project's aims to carry out an in-depth study analysing and evaluating the effective potential of of each innovative solution in the context of transport in the Sassuolo/Scandiano ceramics district and the district of France which constitute the terminals for the finished product from Italy and the raw materials supply sources. The results will be compared with the running costs current in the Districts in question.
