Objectif TO IMPROVE THE REVIVE SYSTEM FOR ITS USE AT AN INDUSTRIAL SCALE IN ORDER TO OBTAIN FINAL PRODUCTS WITH CHARACTERISTICS SIMILAR TO THE AVERAGE OF THE COMPONENTS FROM WHICH THEY ARE ISSUED. THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROPOSAL CONCERNS : - THE OPPORTUNITY TO ADOPT FOR THIS PROCESS ALL THE TECHNOLOGIES NECESSARY TO MAKE THE PLANT COMPLETELY AUTOMATED AND RELIABLE, COLLECTING DATA AND CONTROLLING PARAMETERS FOR A REPETITION ON A LARGE INDUSTRIAL SCALE ECONOMICALLY PROFITABLE. - THE NEED TO OBTAIN PRODUCTS WITH CONSTANT AND HIGH CHARACTERISTICS FOR THE INCREASE IN VALUE AND FITNESS FOR THE EMPLOYMENT COMPOUNDING THE ELEMENTS BY MEANS OF MINERAL, VEGETABLE, ELASTOMERS AND THERMOHARDENING CHARGES RECYCLED FROM WASTE. 2.1 NEW PLANT TECHNOLOGIES. A/ THE RECYCLE OF HETEROGENEOUS PLASTIC SUBSTANCES COMING FROM WASTE AND RUBBISH NEEDS EARLIER IN THE PROCESS, AFTER THE PREVIOUS CRUSHING AND GRINDING, A MOST CAREFUL SEPARATION FROM FOREIGN MATTER SUCH AS STONES, PAPER ETC... FOR THIS PROCESS A SEPARATION SYSTEM HAS BEEN PLANNED, WHICH, BY MEANS OF A CHANNEL THAT WORKS IN DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS, MAKES IT POSSIBLE TO DISTRIBUTE AND SEPARATE THE MATTERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH DENSITY AND VOLUME. B/ THE PLASTIC MATERIAL CONSISTING OF VARIOUS KINDS OF POLYMERS MUST BE MIXED COLD FOR A COMPLETE SCATTERING OF THE DIFFERENT MATTERS AND A DRYING-PROCESS IS NECESSARY TO REMOVE HUMIDITY AND AVOID PYROLYSIS PHENOMENA DURING THE HOMOGENIZATION, BESIDES THE FINAL REDUCTION IN VOLUME. WE MEAN TO EMPLOY A THERMO-MECHANICAL PROCESS, WHICH IS BEING PATENTED, CONSISTING OF A CYLINDER WITH AN INTERNAL ROTOR, PLANNED IN A PARTICULAR WAY. AS THE MIXING IS IN PROGRESS, THE DRYING-PROCESS TAKES PLACE BY MEANS OF HOT AIR COMING FROM NOZZLES OR BY MEANS OF HEATING THE WALLS WITH ELECTRIC RESISTANCES. SINCE THE HIGH DENSITY MASS VOLUME CURTAILS THE PLANT PRODUCTIVITY, A COMPACTION WILL BE EXECUTED AT THE END OF THE LINE THROUGH TAPERING THE CYLINDER, THE QUANTITY OF MATERIAL IS CARRIED AND CONTROLLED DURING THE INTAKE AND MEASURED AGAINST THE HOMOGENIZING PLANT CAPACITY THAT FOLLOWS. C/ THE WHOLE PLAN CYCLE MUST BE FOUNDED ON VARIOUS PARAMETERS; WE MEAN TO AUTOMATE THE WHOLE PROCESS CYCLE, STATING AND CONTROLLING THE PARAMETERS DURING THE TRANSFORMATION STAGES, WITH THE COLLECTION OF DATA FOR UNIFORMITY AND RELIABILITY OF THE PRODUCT. SIMULATED TEST OF THIS PLANT SYSTEM HAVE BEEN MADE IN LABORATORY WITH SATISFACTORY RESULTS. 2.2 COMPOUNDING. PRODUCTS OBTAIN NED BY MEANS OF THE HOMOGENIZING PROCESS IN THE PILOT PLANT HAVE, AS ALREADY SAID, DIFERRENT CHARACTERISTICS. FROM FOLLOWING ANALYSES AND TESTS IT TURNS OUT THAT THE PRODUCTS TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS MAY BE IMPROVED AND DETERMINED BY MINERAL, VEGETAL, ELASTOMER (SUCH AS POLYURETANS) AND THERMOHARDENING CHARGES, ALSO MADE OUT OF WASTE GRINDING. IT FOLLOWS AS CONSTANT CHARACTERIZATION VALUE AS MODULUS OF ELASTICITY, LOAD OF BREAKAGE TO BENDING AND COMPRESSION. THEREFORE WITH THIS PROCESS IT IS POSSIBLE TO OBTAIN, BY MEANS OF THE HOMOGENIZATION OF THE DIFFERENT POLYMERS IN THE REVIVE PLANT, PRODUCTS WITH CONSTANT CHARACTERISTICS, WHICH ARE CONSEQUENTLY INCREASED IN VALUE AND SATISFY THE NECESSITIES OF EMPLOYMENT.
